The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent and it was easy to get to the Golden Temple. The hotel even provided a shuttle bus to attend in the evening.

The staff was extremely friendly. Laskshay- extremely great reception service. Fiza- the most amazing serving staff and Manoj a great cook. It was a great room, great help by everyone and food options was wonderful! Really appreciate the service

I would have given full stars, I only used the hotel room for the one night stay so basically to sleep. I skipped breakfast but was told it was by those that I was traveling with that is was wonderful with a great selection. Staff at the doors were wonderful and quick to help. The front desk service was lacking for me. I found the lineup queue did not matter and front desk allowed people to bud in front and allowed others to distract from them assisting you, mid conversation. I had 3 visits to front desk and all three times this occurred. Had this not occurred, I would have given full stars.

The check-in was one of the issues, rooms are way too small I mean compared to other five star properties. It was not up to the mark could have better rooms when somebody is paying good amount. They should at least get a complimentary breakfast too.

Zhana in dinning room was outstanding . I was asked to pay for my room upfront on arrival which was very poor. I asked to be on a room over looking the pool got put on 14th floor for my 2 week stay never offered an upgrade

We realise the weather was cold outside but the hotel itself was very cold. The water too was just warm. We were in our coats and jackets throuhgout our stay including when dining. We spent most of our time at the nearby shopping mall where it was warmer. Very disappointed with our stay overall.

Generally good. Nice hotel. To me this was more a 4-Star rather than a 5-Star hotel. Room was nice. Hot water, complimentary water and other basic amenities including toiletries. Breakfast buffet was good. You are maybe a 10 minute ride from the Golden Temple and other tourist attractions. Nice shopping mall located next to the hotel. Wifi was not too good. Clean.

Great hotel, near a mall good facilities and generally all good. Staff really friendly. I joined The Hyatt Dining Club, offered by Ganesh, it was a really good deal and recommend everyone to ask about it. I wish they had told me about it in Amritsar Hyatt! Definitely will look forward to another stay, hopefully soon

Overall it’s an ok stay , it’s more 3.5 star . Staff is courteous , clean property and good location. We just had a hick up during check in as we came earlier. It’s ok to say that you cannot give the room before 3 pm instead saying that you are trying , sort of false hope. Once we have the room , I received a call that something is wrong with the adjoining room and we have to shift to another room. When we got late evening, were advised that they fixed it which is good. Will I stay again ? Not sure.
