the house is part of a residence of 6 villas, furnished in an elegant minimalist style, a fantastic sea view over the bay of Aegiali and the landing pier. A two minute walk from the sandy beach and all the services of the village of Aegiali, shops, market, pharmacy, bakery, tavernas.  
There are stairs to access the houses, a place not suitable for those with mobility problems.
