George went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable, arranging transportation to and from the airport, organizing a rental car, and providing a comprehensive guide to explore the breathtaking island of Crete. His dedication to making us feel welcome and cared for at this charming, family-owned boutique hotel. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Our luxurious room featured a beautifully updated bathroom, a spacious living area, and a private balcony that offered stunning views of both the pool and the ocean. The elegant design and attention to detail created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. We stayed for 11 nights, and every moment was filled with joy and tranquility. Lovely, quiet hotel for a relaxing break with lovely views. The massage at hotel spa was an absolute bliss! Beach at hotel is pebbles but it did not bother us. Sun lounges with unbrella is for rent We had breakfast only option with a couple nice restaurants to eat. Walking distance to Agios town. Would definatly recommend.

Lovely location. Nice resort, though a little dated and some degree of shabbiness. But the food was generally good, service excellent, the room was nice. We enjoyed our time here and would visit again.

The hotel complex was well maintained with clean and clear pathways. The buildings and rooms were modern though showed some signs of wear and tear, but all facilities worked to the level expected. Our room was lovely, actually a suite, with a personal pool which was wonderful. Food options were plentiful and varied at both breakfast and dinner. Staff were all polite and helpful and friendly.
