The hotel staff was very helpful when I needed help with traveling. I was in the Executive Suite and loved my veranda for morning coffee. Great bedding. WiFi router had to be reset but was easily done and no other issues. The staff was so friendly and smiling. I had several local friends stop for visits and they all thought highly of my accomodations. It’s not about 1JD but it’s just not reasonable. Bed sheet is a bit rough compare to most of the hotels I’ve stayed. The smell of cigarette is quite strong. The staff were so helpful. The room was absolutely comfortable. The location is good and quiet. I love that they have a garage for the cars however I do not like that I can't park the vehicle myself but only the staff can. I could also smell cigarette smoke in the corridors of the floor but not in the room. I had requested for a non smoking room.
