Honestly this hotel is the best! Starting from when I walked into the lobby until I checked out. The staff are friendly and helpful . The hotel is super clean and view was amazing. My flight got delayed and they were nice enough for me to stay until 2pm 🙏. I will definitely recommend this place and I will definitely stay again.

We booked a king bed, arrived and got told they didn’t have any so we had to change to a twin which was ok but a bit annoying. All is spotlessly clean and our room looked new just quite old fashioned (eg shower curtain). The transfer they offer to the airport is very overpriced at 40JOD, her a taxi / Uber instead. At 05am an Uber cost us 18JOD and came within 2 mins, although it did not allow us to pre-book. The pool is ok but the music is really loud

The hotel was well situated for my business meetings.The room was regular but I asked for one king bed I was given two double bed and the air condition was not manageable. The staff were good and the breakfast service were good.

American in Jordan
It was my first time visiting Amman, Jordan. The Crown Plaza Amman was a great place to stay. They had four restaurants. I ate at two of the restaurants each night and the food and service was great. The staff was great at cleaning the rooms, helping me with my bags when I returned from the day of touring. I could not have chosen a more comfortable place to stay abroad.

It was the worse experience I had in hotels, staff was awful not friendly at all not even professional friendly. The AC wasn’t working I called no answer . The bed cover smells so bad even my skin smells like the cover, I will never stay there ever again

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Super clean and friendly staff. Bit far away from the main tourist sites - would require a taxi. However only a short walk from a few pubs/bars if that’s your thing! Amazing breakfast even if it was a little expensive. Would recommend for 1-2 nights to recover from the heat of Amman and Petra 😊
