Set in the heart of historic Amity, this beautifully restored property offers a charming and comfortable stay surrounded by Oregon wine country's scenic beauty. Each of our flats is named after the unique soil types that shape the vineyards of the Willamette Valley, celebrating the region's rich winemaking heritage. Just east of town lie the rolling Eola-Amity Hills, home to more than thirty outstanding wineries and dozens of picturesque vineyards. Take a leisurely bike ride or short drive to Antica Terra, or visit the monastery of the Brigittine monks to savor their award-winning handmade chocolates. This is the perfect homebase for exploring all that the Willamette Valley has to offer.

This unique combination provides plenty of space and flexibility for your group to relax and enjoy your getaway. If carrying luggage up the stairs is a concern, a convenient lift is available to make the trip easier; operating instructions are provided in your digital guidebook and on the inside wall of the lift.

Bellpine Flat features a comfortable queen bed and a private full bathroom with all the essential amenities. While it is the only flat without a kitchen, a Keurig coffee maker stocked with coffee pods and tea is available for your enjoyment. Bellpine is an interior flat with no windows, offering a cozy, quiet space perfect for restful sleep.

Willakenzie Flat offers a semi-private queen bedroom framed with beautiful reclaimed wood, creating warmth and character. A rollaway bed can be added at no extra cost for additional flexibility. Large, operable windows with southern exposure fill both the living and sleeping areas with natural light. The generously sized kitchen includes a small dining table, bar seating, a French press featuring locally roasted Caravan Coffee, a refrigerator, microwave, and electric stovetop.

Step outside to the shared rooftop patio, where a BBQ grill provides everything you need to prepare meals under the open sky. The patio is partially covered for comfort in any weather and offers space for a friendly game of ping pong or simply relaxing with a glass of your favorite beverage at the end of the day.
