Welcome to our beautiful house ‘La Hotoie’! Spacious and welcoming, this 150 m² house can accommodate up to 6 people.  
  
With its three large bedrooms and three bathrooms, it offers every comfort for a pleasant stay in Amiens. Enjoy a living room with a wood-burning stove and a courtyard ideal for relaxing.  
  
Just a stone's throw from the city centre, ‘La Hotoie’ is a relaxing way to discover Amiens.  
  
The Space:  
Large living room with lounge and dining area.  
Three bathrooms.  
Fully equipped kitchen.  
Three bedrooms with double beds.  
An inner courtyard.  
  
Guest Access:  
Travellers have access to the entire accommodation.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The property is located in a quiet, residential area of Amiens, a stone's throw from La Hotoie park and close to the city centre. Here you'll find local shops, cafés, restaurants and a local market. With good bus links, it's a great place to discover Amiens while enjoying a peaceful, authentic setting.  
  
Getting Around:  
The town centre is just a 10-minute walk away. The bus stop is just opposite the house.
