Relax in this calm, thoughtfully renovated space nestled within a well established neighborhood. Just steps away from Iowa State University and Campus Town, this home is close to countless attractions.  
  
This historic property boasts many elegant original features from the 1930s matched with modern amenities that will make even the most discerning guests cozy and comfortable. With 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 1 twin bed, this unique property is truly an upscale retreat. There is also a large, comfortable couch on the lower level to accommodate large groups. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, a washer and dryer, and a dedicated office.  
  
Start your day in the well appointed kitchen. Wether you want locally roasted ground coffee brewed fresh in your very own coffee station or have your eye on making a stack of waffles, we have you covered. Prefer someone else fills your cup? Check out Morning Bell Roasters or dive diner, The Grove, just a short drive away on Main Street.  
  
Burn off some energy at nearby Emma McCarthy Lee Park via the secret south side entrance just steps away from your front door. Enjoy some pickle ball on the brand new courts or take a leisurely walk on one of the many nature lined park trails. Don't have equipment? No worries, we do!  
  
In the afternoon, kick back on the large patio and enjoy the sounds of the Iowa State University Marching Band or the gentle songs of the campanile.
