"This was a great home-base for our short stay in Utrecht. It’s close to the train station (pro tip: you can cut through the mall instead of walking all the way around the block!), and we had the most amazing meal ever at SMAAK, which is conveniently situated in the alleyway directly behind the hotel. There’s a Starbucks right next door and a grocery store nearby, and it’s within walking distance of the canal district with all its shops and restaurants, and there’s a bike rental shop close by as well. The room itself was clean and they had washcloths in the bathroom (the only hotel of the three we stayed in on our trip to the Netherlands who offered them), and the front desk was happy to hold our luggage for us on our arrival and departure days when we had some additional exploring to do. In addition, the breakfast was top-notch. Would definitely stay here again."

"The location inside a mall is very convenient as there are food places and supermarkets very nearby. In addition, it is next to the station. To look for the entrance, it is necessary to head towards the basement - even this was hard to find as the mall is large! The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The room was also large, and the bed extremely comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel!"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The food in the main restaurant was exceptional and the sky bar had beautiful views over the coastline. The hotel was also well connected to the city centre with regular buses and trams running into the evening. We will definitely want to return on our next visit to the city. "
