« The location was excellent for travel needs and was close to shops that were needed. The house and yard was overall clean. Check in was easy. James was accessible if needed. We felt safe in the neighborhood it was quiet and there were cameras that made us feel extra safe. »

« Perfect place for my daughter sleepover birthday. The pictures online didn't do any justice. The home was peaceful, and location was close to the park, and stores. Communication was wonderful between me and the host. Check in and check out was simple and easy. Will definitely be back »

« Great spot if you're visiting the area and want to be a little outside of the city but still close by. In the summer, it gets a bit hot upstairs and the doors to those rooms are very narrow, but otherwise a great and comfy house! »

« The house is a three bedroom fully finished home. Two bedrooms upstairs, and a spacious primary suite at the bottom level with a half bath (sink toilet no shower). Main bathroom is upstairs. Backyard is great for kids, it has a playground and corn hole. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen sink was difficult to set to cold, and I love to drink ice cold water. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends in the area, 9/10 would stay again »

« Amazing stay! This is a gorgeous cottage with no detail overlooked. Immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The backyard is such an awesome surprise with a pergola, outside dining, fire pit and outdoor furniture. You will truly feel like you are staying in a home and not a rental. Two adults and one pup-child enjoyed every minute of our wonderful stay! »

« We were longtime residents of RVA and relocated and now come back 3-4 times a year to visit friends and family. This is the best short term rental that we have come across. Photos on website were very accurate to what we found in the house, clean, very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, and a great location for our needs. (Our old house is less than a mile away) This will be our go to spot for future trips. »

« This home walking distance to hip breweries and eateries was cute and spotless. It had private back parking and entry, very nice. We were in town to visit friends and were excited to find a place in the same area instead of driving from downtown Richmond. Host was very responsive. It was on a main road but still it was quiet at night. We would certainly choose this again if we return. »

« Everything was accurate with the listing. The only thing that was an issue was parking for three cars forced us into the neighbors area on the street since the drive way was inconvenient and off a main road. The yard gate was loose and off centered which was solved by us wrapping rope to prevent our dogs from leaving but may be an issue for less prepared individuals. »

The home is close to a grocery store and a shopping center. The neighborhood is quiet, the beds were comfortable.. I will definitely rebook next year. »

« This is a great, well appointed property in an easy to access location. The home was clean and neat, though we’d recommend fewer air fresheners as those aggravated some allergies. The front porch is great for morning coffee, and the quaint backyard was a lovely place for dinner. The home has everything you need; we’ll definitely consider staying again if we are in the area! »
