Thanks to the numerous paths you can reach by foot the most beautiful beaches of the coast, the ancient villages of Tellaro and Montemarcello and make beautiful hiking in the park, even by MBK. A few minutes by car you can find supermarkets and typical restaurants. The art cities of Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Genoa are easily reachable and can be visited in a day. Possibility of renting boats and dinghies to explore the coast with its beaches and pristine coves. The apartment on the ground floor of the villa is ideal for a family, a couple or a small group of friends. Inside the spaces are very large, kitchen open to the living room, bedroom with double bed, sleeping area with two single beds as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Outside the terrace is equipped for outdoor dining. In the hottest season the microclimate remains cool and breezy even at night and the air conditioning, however present, is almost never necessary. Den anden går ud efter 25 min brug.Mht rengøring: Jeg startede med at vaske alle glas og service af. Det var simpelthen ikke rent.Vi havde 2 fulde dage uden strøm. Det mærkelige er, at lejligheden ovenpå (hvor værten bor!!) havde strøm hele tiden. Og ja, værten bor oven på ferielejligheden. Troede faktisk, jeg havde lejet et hus? Og værten er rigtig sød, men meget synlig. Han er der hele tiden og kommenterer på, hvornår vi skal slukke aircondition.Havde det fremgået af beskrivelsen, at ejer bor på stedet, havde jeg ALDRIG booket der. Og det havde jeg jo heller ikke, hvis jeg vidste, der ikke var 2 soveværelser og 2 badeværelser. Der Blick auf den Golf der Dichter /Golf von La Spezia ist unbezahlbar schön. Das Grundstück und die Wohnung ist großzügig, gut ausgestattet und am besten ist der überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter Riccardo. Er konnte uns gute Tipps sowohl für Ausflüge in der näheren Umgebung und zu unserem Wunschziel Cinque Terre geben, als auch zu besonderen Restaurants. Insgesamt ist Riccardo ein sehr engagierter "Gastgeber" und m. E. erkennt man das auch an der liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Traumhaus sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder einen Urlaub hier buchen. Es gibt noch so viel in dieser Gegend zu entdecken und wir haben uns in diesem Haus direkt zu Hause gefühlt.Grazie mille, Riccardo! ##### Christina R. Very friendly host.Unfortunately the appartment was not suitable for a family. There was only 1 sleeping room, our children had to sleep in the living room with hardly any privacy and too much light. Therefore my spouse and I had to go outside to the terrace for out evenings, wich was sometimes infested with bugs and cold.Furthermore the appartment was rather dirty, it didn't appeared to be cleaned quite some time, nor even ventilated so the interior was damp, as well as all the sheets and towels, beside a bit smelly. It felt more like camping, wicht would have been okay, but for a much cheaper price. For the amount payed we expected a lot more cleanliness and comfort.A pity, because the place has got a lot of potential. Maybe in the future with a lot of effort... ##### Peter V.
