"We have stayed at many four star and five star hotels throughout the world. The Loden Hotel should be reclassified from a four-star hotel to a five star hotel. We were especially impressed with the international staff and how accommodating they were. To the point, when I mentioned that our bed mattress has seen better days we had a new mattress in our room within two hours. We highly recommend the Loden hotel when visiting Vancouver."

"Loved this suite. Was absolutely beautiful - the most beautiful and clean suite I have stayed in! It had everything I could have needed and then some! The bed was DIVINE. "The check-in process was incredibly quick & easy. The room was clean, comfortable & spacious. The elevator system was quite strange. One elevator for parking garage to lobby, different one for lobby to rooms. No stairs available for use (except in emergency), which was annoying when going up/down one floor. "We could not get our safe to work in our room. In addition, the phone in our room went off like an alarm in the middle of night, 2 out of the three nights we were there, which was frustrating.
