This area offers several private sitting areas where you can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun in privacy with wonderful panoramic views and sunsets over Grizdale and the Old Man of Coniston. You also have access via the patio doors directly to a seating area with sun umbrella which offers views over the estate gardens and down the valley to Near Sawrey where Beatrix Potters house and garden can be found. The estate gardens, may on occasion, be used by other people.
