Située près de Paris, cette maison de campagne de 140m² est un havre de paix. Avec un jardin de 1000 m² et deux terrasses, elle est idéale pour la détente. Le RDC offre un salon de 35 m2, cheminée, cuisine moderne, salle d'eau avec douche multi jet et chambre avec lit 160/200\. L'étage compte trois chambres avec lits 140x190 et un canapé lit de 130x200 en plus. Parfaite pour 8 personnes, c'est l'endroit rêvé pour des moments en famille.  
Spa sur réservation payant sur place selon disponibilité. Nichée au cœur de la campagne tout en étant à proximité de Paris, notre demeure est une fusion parfaite entre le charme rustique et le confort moderne. S'étendant sur une superficie généreuse de 140m², cette maison a été conçue pour offrir une expérience d'hébergement confortable pour un week end entre amis ou famille, un anniversaire ( 12 personnes max) ou un séminaire d'entreprise ( repas possible via nos divers partenariats qui vous livrent. En plus 4 cottages indépendant peuvent être loués pour augmenter vos participants.  
  
Dès votre entrée, vous serez accueilli par un salon spacieux de 35 m2, où une cheminée chaleureuse vous invite à vous détendre et à vous imprégner de l'ambiance sereine. La cuisine, dotée d'équipements modernes, est prête à répondre à tous vos besoins culinaires, que vous souhaitiez préparer un repas rapide ou un dîner gastronomique. ( laisser les chefs vous faire découvrir leur spécialités).  
  
Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez également une chambre élégamment aménagée avec un lit de dimensions 160/200, ainsi qu'une salle d'eau contemporaine équipée d'une douche multi jet, offrant une expérience de bain revigorante.  
  
En montant à l'étage, vous découvrirez trois chambres supplémentaires, chacune équipée d'un lit confortable de 140x190\. Une troisième chambre offre une flexibilité supplémentaire avec une banquette lit de 130x200, idéales pour se détendre ou pour accueillir des invités supplémentaires.  
  
L'extérieur n'est pas en reste avec un jardin luxuriant de 1000 m², parfait pour les matinées ensoleillées ou les soirées étoilées. Deux terrasses sont à votre disposition, offrant des espaces idéaux pour les repas en plein air ou simplement pour profiter de la tranquillité de la campagne.  
Une table de ping pong et un Babyfoot adulte sont a votre disposition. Jeux de société ( caution).  
  
Chaque recoin de cette maison a été pensé pour votre confort et votre plaisir. Que vous soyez ici pour des vacances reposantes, un voyage d'affaires ou une escapade en famille, cette demeure promet une expérience d'hébergement confortable.
