"It was in a convenient location but it was noise due to a function in the same building. I am not sure if the bedsheets were washed.
Their contact number from google was absolutely no help as all they are interested is making new booking and not for the current booking. I made multiple calls as I was running late for checking in but not a single operator assisted (either hung my call or left it on hold with no further response)
Reception staff was good but their google contact number staff is...
"The place really exceeded our expectations. Very responsive staff and helpful as well. The Suite room were spacious and well maintained. I would highly recommend booking the hotel for your next stay. Accessible to the markets for shopping purposes, me and my family visited Surat for wedding shopping. "
