"The property is wonderful! The location was perfect for us, it is 10 miles north of town so it was quiet and intimate. The staff was AMAZING! I cannot say enough how fabulous every single person (staff) there was. The food at the bar was so fresh and delicious, we have been home for one day and miss it badly. If you are looking for a friendly, clean, relaxing place to stay, this is it."

"First time staying at this property and I absolutely loved it! From the beginning, the staff were so welcoming and attentive! They gave great recommendations for things to do in the area! The front desk staff were so punctual and had ever ready when needed! Our villa was super clean and spacious. It was a lovely time! Only downside was it being on the Lagoon side of the island, so wasn’t much beach area, however, the boat tours and other activities made up for it! Would stay again!"

"The staff was excellent at Caye Casa, very helpful and willing to go out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Would even call other hotels for activities we wanted to do and sign us up. Rooms very clean and comfortable in a great location. "

"All of the team members were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They made everything very easy from arrival to departure and everything in between. We took a couple of excursions to the mainland and tbey arranged everything for us."

"The property itself was amazing, the beach was definitely the best on island, the staff was unbelievably accommodating! We stayed in the honeymoon suite-wasn’t our honeymoon but we are newly married. We could hear the property next door as it was wishing 10’ of our palapa. The only other thing I can say is that we were not aware that they only served beer and wine and no other alcoholic beverages at the resort. Would definitely stay again if visiting. "
