The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We only had 2 complaints. The first is that in the listing, it shows water and a playground, but they are not actually close to the house. The water is actually across the street behind other properties and we never saw the playground. The other thing we had an issue with was that the heating system, while easy to operate, didn’t keep one of the bedrooms warm. It was cold enough to see your breath! ##### Jennifer H. The exterior is dated but clean. There were plenty of towels, extra bedding, dishes, and games. It was a very hot weekend and the air conditioners worked great! Please be advised that one bedroom does not have a fan or cooling unit, and you must climb some stairs to enter the house. We went for Christmas to stay away from all the city noise. Host was very nice and comprehensive on having some other family members go for a few hours as it was my mother's birthday. ##### Ana V.
