« Mum and I had a lovely one night stay at St Joseph’s by the Sea. It was quiet and felt secure, part of a spiritual retreat centre with an adjoining convent. Cleanliness and comfortable beds were perfect, and access worked well for my 94-year-old mum, with a wheelchair available too. It is an easy 10-15 walk to main shopping area of Williamstown and less than 1 minute to the waters edge. There was plenty of on street parking available when we stayed.
We had a twin room which was roomy, with desk...

« when I first booked through hotel.com for a non refundable flat, i was wrong on my date. Then i directly called the hotel and they were nice to change the date. They told me they had better room for which i had to pay an extra 60 aud, because they didn't have anymore free rooms.. which was wrong.. the hotel was almost empty. They knew i was arriving at 00h00, and, when i arrived, the room was completely frozen, the heater was turned off. In the morning, that receptionist was so cold when asked...
