No illegal activity or hazardous materials, such as fireworks or other combustibles are permitted on property. 4\. There are no sink disposals. Please put all food into the trash before putting dishes in the sink. 5\. Please clean the BBQ Grills after each use. 6\. Drive cautiously with your 4 wheelers, Side by sides, ATV’s or UTV’s. Speed limit on Oak ridge road, Lutherwood road, and in the vicinity of cabins is 15 MPH. 7\. No smoking inside or within 20 feet of the cabins. 8\. No shoes in carpeted areas. 9\. No hunting or shooting on property. 10\. Do not leave doors open as little critters may enter. Lock doors and windows before you head out to explore. 11\. Adhere to all fire restrictions in the area. Fires are ONLY allowed in designated fire pits. 12\. Extinguish fires at night and before leaving the property. Use water from the house and stir with a shovel to fully extinguish. 13\. Do not chop down trees in the area. Firewood can be purchased at the MOBIL gas station on UT-89\. 14\. The Internet is provided by Starlink and can fluctuate in speed. Be patient of the internet and keep in mind that the internet is not guaranteed. 15\. Pets are welcome. We ask that all pets remain on leashes when outside and are never left unattended.
