I was contacted by the host while I was staying on property to let me know bed bugs had been found on the property. After weeks of back and forth and a refund promised through vacasa, they told me I was not eligible for a refund. Vacasa customer service is THE ABSOLUTE WORST company to deal with. The lake has a sandy bottom quite far out, in a little bay. The property looks nice on the outside, and the rooms have all the amenities described.
