Custom Adirondack on a 4+ acre lot of land with over 100 feet of shorefront. Just imagine jumping into the lake to cool off on a hot summer day or hopping on your boat that is conveniently docked just outside your door! The dock will accommodate a boat up to 30 feet in length. Grab your beverage of choice to enjoy the sunset. Peace, quiet and privacy are yours at this amazing property! The grounds are naturally wooded inspiring a true lakefront retreat. Time to relax and work on your tan. The fire pit is a great place to enjoy your evening s'mores and tell tall stories of the fish caught that afternoon. This home offers a true luxury vacation experience and offers 3 floors of living space; a large eat-in kitchen, spacious dining area, a great room, fireplaces in both the great room and family room and custom furnishings not to mention water views from many rooms. You'll love spending time on the porch. Enjoy gathering in the lower-level walk-out family room which opens to the patio and offers a fantastic wet bar. Our beautiful Lakes Region is an amazing destination in all 4 seasons, including a great place to enjoy our local ski mountain at Gunstock Resort. Bank of NH Music Pavilion is nearby, as well as all that the Lakes Region has to offer. Sheets and bath towels are included with this rental. Please note that the maximum occupancy of 10, including children, is strictly enforced. Overcrowding will result in eviction from the property without refund. The is ample parking. At Owner discretion, exterior cameras may be in place now or in the future.
