A clean shower house are steps away(appx. 30') from your door, with three (3) private showers with great water pressure. We have a 24 hour Coffee Bar, Laundry, Ice and Vending Machine on site, next to our showers for you to enjoy FREE of charge. Enjoy our several charcoal/gas grills, outdoor tables, fire pits and tables, on-site arcade, yard games including corn hole, and connect four while taking in the wonderful lake views. Lake Access: You can see the lake access from your cabin just a short walk past the arcade, towards the steps and you will see our Lake Access sign, this access has a sandy bottom. If you are wanting a more traditional sandy beach we are within walking distance to the Alton Town Beach Vacanza NH has complementary bicycles and kayaks for our guests to use on a first come first serve basis. We are within walking distance to most of Alton Bay attractions including the town beach (sandy beach) restaurants, ice cream, and the marina. This cabin is perfect for vacations, & enjoying the all the lakes region has to offer, rent multiple cabins for the perfect group getaway. We do allow pets, but please review our pet policy to ensure our cabins are the right fit. Pet Policy:We must be notified in advance that you will be bringing a pet(s), and weight of your pet(s). \-Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest. \-All guests will be charged a one-time flat fee of $40.00 per pet per day or a flat $200 fee for weekly stays. \-Guest agrees to clean up animal waste of the pet(s) and agrees to accept full responsibility and liability for any damage, injury, or actions arising from or caused by pet(s). \-All pets must be in crates if left unattended, and cannot cause any disturbance, to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced . \-Pet(s) cannot be left alone for more than 3 hours. While we expected a “cabin” - I was disappointed in the overall experience. A blanket on the bed would have been nice for an October stay. (Chilly!!) We had reached out to the contact person asking if it was possible for a little earlier check in since we were getting ready to attend a wedding that evening. We we got no reply. And then when we entered, there were plenty of cobwebs across the door showing the room had not just been vacated And we could have gotten in a bit early. Woke up to beautiful lake sunrise with a cup of coffee on the deck. Property is thoughtfully and strategically laid out. Cabin was clean and exactly as described. Next time we will stay two nights to take advantage of the kayaks and bikes! Distance to the concert was less than 20 minute drive. Perfect. ##### Susan G. The cabin was sufficient. Water access to the lake was disappointing though. No beach to speak of. The campground atmosphere was nice. Having grills available to cook was helpful. Swimming across the street, campfires at night and a small onsite arcade that he loved (he had just been at camp for a week so was slightly screen deprived.)
