Aug 1, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location HOT TUB water level low. called and reported. the hot tub maintenance people never came. we did not find a water hydrant or hose to fill the hot tub up to appropriate levels. so did not get to utilize as we wanted and had paid for the use. was not Hummingbird issue, but the people who service the hot tub. when I texted back the hot tub service line and told them we could not locate the water hydrant or hose..........................no response received. water level was well below the jets and that can cause major issues, so we did turn hot tub off and I notified Hummingbird of this. other wise stay was great and Hummingbird representatives were amazing in helping with concerns. ##### Jana S. There was a lot of wildlife in the area such as mule deer and elk. The home is all one level, each room has its own bathroom, hallways and doorways are wide with walk in showers. Would be very convenient if needed for wheelchair accessibility. The hot tub was clean but the silverware wasn’t. The dishwasher doesn’t clean well which leaves some utensils needing to be washed by hand before using. Water pressure is low so maybe that is causing the dishwasher to not work properly? Parking is easy, there is a nice seating area under a pergola that has a fire pit. Great morning coffee area. Home had all we needed, just be aware that Hummingbird Properties take a security deposit and automatically attach fees for damage insurance. There are also cameras on site on the outside patio.
