Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy time in the hot swim pool spa play some volleyball and yard games then fishing, kayaks canoe and sit by the fire roast some marshmallows. Grill some food relax and watch the stars from hot Michael Phelps swim spa. This is all on a cul-de-sac with four rentals in a row firewood await you and our crew are ready and at your fingertips with a text just prior before you arrive for any questions. We also have a discount on a pizza parties. 1\. Booking & Compliance \* Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 3 days of booking. If not signed, payment/check-in constitutes acceptance of all terms. \* Identification: A valid government-issued ID must be submitted via the platform before check-in. Failure to provide ID may result in cancellation without a refund. \* Occupancy: All guests and visitors staying past 9:00 PM are considered overnight guests. \* Fees: $25 per person/night plus a one-time $20 preparation fee per person. \* Open-Door Policy: Final guest counts must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure accurate billing. 2\. Property Specifics & Seasonality \* Peak Season (May 1 – Sept 30): \* Bookings 3+ months out: 3–6 night minimum for weekends. \* Bookings < 2 months out: 2–3 night minimum. \* Full House Rule: For the main property, all 4 levels must be rented during peak season. \* Caretakers: Staff resides onsite (in a camper or cottage) to provide 24/7 assistance and maintenance. \* Hot Tub/Spa: In extreme cold, water temperatures or functionality may be limited. The spas are never shared and are used privately at different times between two houses on a 2-hour interval. If the cover is open or privacy nets are drawn, the spa is currently occupied. \* Shared Amenities: Guests have access to kayaks, canoes, boats, beach, docks, and courts. Wood for the fire pit is provided free by the dumpster. 5\. Prohibited Activities & Fines \* Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. Outside only. It's a nice place with most everything you need in a rental. Plenty of beds and three TVs. The kitchen has limited equipment, if you plan on cooking. The house is showing it's age on the outside.Nice little lake, great hot tub/pool, and a canoe and kayaks available. The nearby restaurants are both good. Aug 11, 2025 Liked: Location Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy #### I do not recommend and don't have enough space for all the reasons why. The pictures and descriptions of properties overlapped, making it difficult to understand what was included when booking. Pricing was inconsistent across different areas; I couldn't determine the final cost without reaching out to the property manager. The lack of transparent pricing left me feeling uneasy about potential extra charges, even after modifying my booking. I was bombarded with messages asking me to confirm my booking with the incorrect guest count and upgrade my reservation. I repeatedly clarified my guest count but kept receiving confusing messages, some attributed to "bot" errors. Unsolicited sales pitches for upgrades and modifications were annoying. I’ve stayed in many Vrbos and Airbnbs over the years, but Sunny Days was a major disappointment. The property lacked basic amenities like cookware, kitchen utensils, and flatware—3 spoons provided. After complaining about missing forks, a woman (who appeared to be living in her car) brought some over, but her presence was uncomfortable. The property was filthy: mold in the coffee pot, burnt food in the oven, dirty floors, dirty dishes and stains on the sheets. The oven had nonfunctioning heating coils; I had to buy a light bulb and cleaning supplies during my stay. The listing claimed there was a pool but it was actually for a different property. There were missing essentials like fans, washcloths, shampoo, and enough trash bags. It felt like I rented a dirty frat house. I would not recommend. ##### Caitlin G. Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2025
