Beautiful, elegant hotel near Centro!
Beautiful, elegant hotel, close to the centre. Good breakfast and service, single room was comforatable and had a lovely view. Pamela very helpful with map and suggestions on what to do.

My best hotel in Brixen
Fantastic hotel with great service. The restaurant is very good. You can also walk in the old town from the hotel.

An authentic, unpretentious and genuinely luxurious historic Inn. Low key and discrete but outstanding in every important detail. Superb, seasonal / regional cuisine. Quiet rooms.

Terrific, characterful hotel
The only thing that disappointed was the wifi access in room 37. That and the fact that I was denied access because 'too many people' were on the network. Since I was there on business, this was not ideal. But the location, the building and the breakfast were some compensation.

Historical hotel in beautiful mountain town
On arrival we were upgraded from a room in an adjacent building to the original, historically interesting building. The latter building is very interesting. The hotel has been in the same family for generations, and this is reflected in many ways (all good). The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is superb. The hotel location is excellent. Our room was excellent.

Actually one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Really friendly, helpful and profesional stuff. Rooms are big, clean and with a beautiful garden. The available choices of breakfast could be better, but nothing to complain about. Highly recomendable stay in a very historic hotel with a incredible story.

Wenn es überhaupt ein Manko gibt, dann allenfalls die teils hellhörigen Zimmer. In Italien aber nicht ungewöhnlich und im Vergleich zu anderen deutlich besser. Prima Restaurants!

Atmosfera incantevole
Bellissima struttura storica, molto affascinante e ben curata. La posizione è eccellente e molto silenziosa, si raggiunge facilmente a piedi (in due minuti) il centro storico di Bressanone. Personale veramente gentile, simpatico e competente. Ottima anche la cucina. Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per il periodo Natalizio e grazie alla Brixen card offerta, una volta parcheggiata l'auto nel park interno ci si può muovere gratuitamente con i mezzi pubblici gratuitamente oltre ad avere ingressi a musei ecc, gratuiti.

La struttura ha il fascino dell'antico , ha 500 anni , con personale molto cortese rd un servizio di ristorazione eccellente , da ristorante stellato . Le camere purtroppo non sono all'altezza della categoria , almeno quella che ho avuto . Bidet in bagno inaccessibile da un verso , termosifone in bagno scrostato e con segni di ruggine . Polvere sui trtmisifoni della camera . Buon letto e buon materasso . In posizione ideale a due passi dal centro e con parcheggio interno . In conclusione albergo con molto fascino , arredi di cassepanche antiche importanti , bagni delle camere inadeguati e non all'altezza della categoria ( forse di un 3 stelle !!! ) , ristorante fantastico .

Das Hotel Elephant liegt zentral und die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind hochwertig ausgestattet und das Frühstück ist reichlich. Besonders angenehm ist der kleine Garten mit Swimming-Pool. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Uns hat es wieder einmal hervorragend gefallen.

L'hotel è arredato con mobilio classico e si trova in posizione tranquilla, la colazione è da migliorare es. alimenti surgelati (cornetti) poi essendo la patria dello strudel mai è stato esposto. È mancata la visita degli ambienti esterni (piscina) l'ho vista su una brochure altrimenti non sapevo che ci fosse. Il cliente dovrebbe essere accompagnato a vedere tutti i servizi. Tassa di soggiorno 2.30 euro a notte.

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung mit optimalem Service beim Check in und Gepäck. Upgrade vom gebuchten Doppel-zimmer auf geräumige Junior-Suit mit modernem Standard. Sehr erfreuliche Qualität im wunderschönen traditionellen Restaurant. Auch hier unprätentiöser, sehr aufmerksamer Service. Gut sortierte Weinkarte. Nach einem schönen Abemdessen dann gut geruht auf einer erstklassigen Matratze. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit italienischen Kaffeespezialitäten, frischem Obst u.v.m. Ein guter Start in den Tag, zum Beispiel einen Bummel in dem hoteleigenen parkähnlichen Garten oder zu den nur wenige Minuten entfernten Geschäften in den Arkaden von Brixen. Hunde gerne gesehen. Geschützter Parkplatz-beides gegen akzeptable Gebühr. Für mich ist der Elephant immer 1.Wahl auf dem Weg in den Süden! Nichts für Motel-Touristen.

Très surfait, très mauvais rapport qualit-prix
Rien à reprocher au personnel qui est d'une extrème courtoisie et d'une grande disponibilité. Celà étant, durant le weekend que nous y avons passé nous avons constaté que les 4 étoiles ne sont pas méritées. Depuis l'idromassage de la baignore qui ne fonctionne pas, au sauna qui est éteint, en passant par la piscine qui est plus une arrière-pensée dans la prairie qu'un lieu créé pour etre utilisé, les installations sont un rien viellottes. L'entrée de la "villa", édifice où se trouvait notre chambre, sentait le moisi et s'ouvre sur le sous-sol. Le restaurant de l'hotel ne propose pas de formule "demi-pension", contrairement à tous les autres établissements de la région. Enfin le petit déjeuner est à proprement parler indigent : aucun plat chaud n'est proposé au buffet, et les quelques tranchettes de fromage offertes font penser à du sous-vide. Le tout pour un prix très élevé.

Aus der Durchreise in die Toskana waren wir nur eine Nacht im Elephant - wir würden es wieder tun: sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, ein angenehmes Zimmer und ein durchaus empfehlenswertes Restaurant lassen uns den kurzen Aufenthalt in guter Erinnerung behalten.

Il nostro Elephant
Ogni tanto ci piace fermarci all'Hotel Elephant. Questo albergo e' estremamente confortevole , elegante e molto accogliente.La cena viene servita in una splendida "stube" e il menù è' ricercato con piatti e ingredienti tipici del luogo. La prima colazione viene servita in una bellissima sala e il personale e' molto gentile .Diciamo che ti fanno sentire " a casa" .E' un albergo di grande charme e lo consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono essere un po' coccolati.
