Cottage5 Nestled at the foothills of the Tug Hill Region, cottage 5 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage has all the comforts of home situated in an area with adventure in mind. The floor plan contains two separate bedrooms with two queen size beds in each (and one has a twin daybed and trundle) to allow a quiet getaway for some, while others can tell the tale of the fish that got away. Bathroom 1 contains a 5' stand-up shower. Bathroom 2 has a jetted tub to soak away a hard day on the snowmobile/ ATV trails. A full service kitchen with 30' stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and all the necessary cooking utensils to make preparing the day's catch in the river, lake or woods a snap. After the meal is prepared it can be served in the dining room that seats ten or enjoyed on either of the two exterior attached decks with ample seating for all. After dinner enjoy s'mores at the fire-pit in front of the cottage or relax in the comfortable living room on the sofa, chair or day-bed with trundle bed that sleeps the 9th guest. We welcome you to enjoy any of our three docks equipped with row boats and kayaks. Or simply relax on the deck by the lake under the umbrella with your favorite book. This is cottage five. Whether you come to fish our lake, the Salmon River, lower or upper reservoir, hike, ski, ride your snowmobile/ATV on the C5 trail, or spend a week unwinding and relaxing; we invite you to try our accommodations at La Bella Vista. We pride ourselves on making your stay memorable and enjoyable. The beach is shared. I have lots of boats \*no additional charge\* so no group will ever go without. Lovely reclaimed wood wall landscaping around the cottage has been updated and the beach area now has sand. Tv (no live tv, sign in to your own streaming) and Wifi provided. As our guests, you'll have access to three docks, a man-made beach, and a charming pergola at the beach. We provide boats free of charge for those who love the water, ensuring everyone can enjoy the lake. Life jackets are also provided for your safety and peace of mind (bring special sizes). The docks, beach, and boats are shared. We have lots of boats; no one will go without them. We provide essential cookware and kitchen tools, dishes, and flatware, a microwave, toaster, and regular coffee maker, dining room-bar seating, great room living room space, leather sofa, chairs, daybed, trundle, queen bed, ceiling fans, heat, AC, sheets, quilts or comforters, standard pillow, and bath towels. We even provide a couple of rolls of TP and paper towels. We've considered everything to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Pets: We understand that your furry friends are part of your family, and we're delighted to welcome them at Bella Vista on Autumn Lake! Bring a maximum of 2 pets (with an additional $100 pet fee) and let them enjoy the vacation with you. Convenience is key! Our location is just approximately 10 minutes away from Pulaski, NY, offering easy access to restaurants and groceries. Autumn Lake has gravel walkways, a lake shore and a man-made beach, three docks, a sitting overlook, a pergola, several boats, flotation devices, and a brook shared with La Bella Vista guests. The boats available include kayaks and flat-bottom row boats. This cottage 2, with its attached deck, overlooks Autumn Lake. It is between Cottage 1 and 6 and in front of Cottage 3; making it perfect to book solo or couple it with a group so your friends and family can all enjoy La Bella Vista with you! Note seasonal ATV trail closures and vehicle restrictions. Trails are typically open from April to mid-October, but exact dates vary. They are closed permanently during hunting season. We just love the lake and access to all the kayaks. This season the teenagers also got to enjoy fishing in Autumn Lake. We hope to return in 2024\. The cabins have the basics for your stay, and is a great home base for fishing trips on the lake and river. The kitchen is sparse, (it could be we were early in the season and there were no "leftover" items from previous guests) but there is a dollar store nearby where we picked up salt and pepper and a few other items. Not a deal breaker - just sharing. A great place for a guys fishing trip. We will be back ##### Kate C.
