\- Our home is located in a peaceful neighborhood, so we kindly ask that guests respect quiet hours and refrain from hosting parties. To ensure a safe and relaxing environment for all, a noise monitoring device is installed indoors (no audio recorded).  
\- For your convenience, we’ve installed a smart lock and a Ring doorbell at the front entrance.  
\- Tesla charger available – If you’d like to use it during your stay, just let us know in advance. A $30 flat fee applies.  
\- Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to set up the crib and high chair upon request. Please notify us ahead of time so we can coordinate with our cleaners. A $35 setup fee applies.

The property is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and clean. The bullhead and perch that my kids caught out of the pond were huge and they caught quite a few of them over our stay. If you are looking for a place just to relax or to catch some fish this is it. Communication with the host was great and check-in was simple.

House is as pictured, clean, spacious and comfortable. We all enjoyed the Kayaks on the lake-perfect place for all ages. Our kids enjoyed their room with the bunk beds and some of the board games- would definitely want to book again.

Went up to snowmobile, although the property is fairly close to the trail it's not ideal... Not a lot of parking, plan accordingly. Other than that nice little place.

The property is very nice. The only issue we had was in the kitchen. Most of the drawers had mice droppings in them. All kitchen items needed to be washed before using them. So gross.

#### Fishermen Trip

Over all the house was just fine for our needs. The place was very clean on arrival. The host was very responses and contacted us a few times during our stay to insure that we were happy and asked if there was anything we needed. Only negative was the listing says it sleeps 8. What it didn't say was the bunk beds in one of the bedrooms are for children which are not conducive for adults. Mike

We spent a wonderful time with family and friends in a cozy, comfortable, romantic house with a beautiful view of the lake. The house had everything you need for a holiday, clean beds, towels, dishes. This is the place we would return to again.

#### A Perfect Place to Relax

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at this beautiful Villa. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted with a welcome note from the host, a couple of bottles of local wine and a complete smore-making kit we put to good use later that week at the lakeside fire circle. The house was perfectly clean and ready for our stay. The master bedroom has large glass sliding doors that open to a large deck overlooking the lake - the perfect place for that first morning cup of coffee or a glass of local wine to end the day. The kitchen drawers and cabinets were carefully labeled so guests didn't need to root randomly through every spot looking for a can opener or grill tongs. The kayaks provided hours of fun and some really great fishing as well. And for those who wanted something a little more relaxing, the rocking chairs and covered bench on the dock provided serene place to unwind after a busy day. We also spent some time exploring Salmon River Falls Park, some excellent restaurants and a winery on the shores of Lake Ontario just a short drive away. We will DEFINITELY be returning!

This house is absolutely perfect! It is beautifully decorated and maintained and is located in a lovely community. We were in town for a family reunion in Pulaski and this was the perfect distance from my family’s lake house. The communication with the property manager was exceptional and prompt and I would look into staying at the other locations if I am ever in those areas. Would be back in a heart beat if it stayed pet friendly!

#### A Much Needed Quiet Escape

The property was amazing! The house had all the modern amenities we could want and was well stocked with all the basic necessities (cooking utensils, paper products, etc.) They even had a a welcome basket with little treats (cookies, popcorn, Hershey Kisses) and a bottle of wine on the kitchen counter when we walked in. The view was awesome! Even thought we were warned that the lake had been drained for construction on the damn, we had a good rainfall Friday night and woke up Saturday to a beautiful nearly full lake! I can say, by far, that this was the nicest home we stayed in with the friendliest and most communicative hosts! I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway!

#### Wonderful! Salmon River Fishing Trip!

The cottage was simply beautiful and as described in the ad. The communication with them was above fantastic. Best I'd ever had. The only thing that could have made the stay better would be if the lake had water. Not the owners fault. The association was doing maintenance. Sunsets were beautiful. I would definetly recommend them.
