This beautiful home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Relax by the fireplace, read a book on the indoor hammock, or watch your favorite shows on the TV. The bathroom has a large shower with many body sprays, very relaxing. Walk to Autumn Lake and use our boats, or head to Salmon River for exciting fishing just about 2mins away. Bring your ATV. In winter, we are on the C5 trail for snowmobiling. Come and get cozy in our lovely cottage! Welcome to our cozy cottage 4\. Nestled in the woods, it overlooks the C5 snowmobiling trail. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage is fully furnished and perfect for up to four guests. Open the front door and step into the cozy living room. This cottage has tall ceilings, pine walls, and modern decor. Cozy up while resting on the sofa, chair, or indoor hammock. The indoor hammock is perfect for relaxation, no matter the weather outside. We provide a tv (no live tv, you may sign in to your own streaming services). The twin-size daybed with trundle is nestled in the living room for a comfortable stay for the additional guests. Winter nights are especially cozy. With the gas fireplace on, you are in the perfect spot to snuggle in and enjoy the day with friends and family. Just off the living room (down three stairs) is the kitchen, where you can prepare your day's meals. Enjoy the full-size gas stove/ oven, refrigerator, and dining for four. The bathroom has undergone a significant upgrade. It now features a large shower with a rainfall head and an array of body sprays for the ultimate relaxation experience. All new vanity, lights, tile, and flooring. As our guests, you'll have access to three docks, a man-made beach, and a charming pergola at the beach. We provide boats free of charge for those who love the water, ensuring everyone can enjoy the lake. Life jackets are also provided for your safety and peace of mind (bring special sizes). The docks, beach, and boats are shared. We have lots of boats; no one will go without them. We provide essential cookware and kitchen tools, dishes, and flatware, a microwave, toaster, and regular coffee maker, dining room-bar seating, great room living room space, leather sofa, chairs, daybed, trundle, queen bed, ceiling fans, heat, AC, sheets, quilts or comforters, standard pillow, and bath towels. We even provide a couple of rolls of TP and paper towels. We've considered everything to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We understand that your furry friends are part of your family, and we're delighted to welcome them at Bella Vista on Autumn Lake! Bring a maximum of 2 pets (with an additional $100 pet fee) and let them enjoy the vacation with you. Convenience is key! Our location is just approximately 10 minutes away from Pulaski, NY, offering easy access to restaurants and groceries. A couple minutes to Tailwater Lodge & Spa A couple minutes to Salmon River for great fishing! It is a couple of minutes to Salmon River Falls. MUST SEE On the C5 trail for out-the-door riding on Tug Hill Trails. 10 min ride to ATV meet up at Altmar Union Station. 30-40 minutes to Destiny Mall Fishing: Salmon River is only approx 1 mile away, where you can fish the world-renowned waters (1/4mile to Fly Entry) Sept - Nov: Chinook (King) Salmon, Coho Salmon, Skamania Steelhead, and Brown Trout Sept-May: Steelhead Parking: Near your cottage. If you plan to bring a trailer, rest assured we have ample space to accommodate it. Just let us know in advance. Please enjoy the entire cottage and furnishings, including the fire pit, grill, and attached deck. We also have Wi-Fi for guests who need to work from the house (it works great, but we can't guarantee service). Autumn Lake has gravel walkways, a lake shore and a man-made beach, three docks, a sitting overlook, a pergola, several boats, flotation devices, and a brook shared with La Bella Vista. The boats available include kayaks and flat-bottom row boats. Contactless check-in after 4 pm. Rent this cottage or couple it with others on site and enjoy La Bella Vista on Autumn Lake with your extended family & friends! Autumn Lake is catch & release to preserve great fishing for years. Fisherman, WELCOME; please, no corkers on the decks or indoors. No fish cleaning on the property (fees will be assessed). Smoking outside only. Pets must remain leashed, flea-treated all seasons, and not allowed on furniture. No dangerous breeds for insurance reasons. To avoid any potential disruptions, we highly recommend considering trip insurance. The bed and sheets could also have been more comfortable. But this is always a feature that I feel VRBO owners should drop their good money on quality bedding. 100% of your visitors are going to sleep there! Just a suggestion. There were some “creature comforts” that made me miss home though, that with just a little adjustments, I’d give this rental a higher rating. I am not one to complain so please take these as just suggestions. In the bedroom, there was no where to hang or put clothes out. There was a very large papasan chair that could be replaced with a table or a clothes rack/shelf. There was also no side tables next to the bed even though there was space. It was just these tiny shelves attached to the wall that felt more of an inconvenience when I’m fumbling around in the dark. There were also too many little lights all around. In the living room space, there were maybe 8 or so light switches/fixtures to turn off/on. Also, the day bed mattress was 100 times better than the main queen mattress. The queen mattress was very loud and bouncy - it felt like one of those pullout couch mattresses and we had rough nights sleeping. Lastly, we booked this rental because of the beautiful shower which it was beautiful, but there was very very low water pressure so the shower experience wasn’t what I had hoped for. Overall, the rental provided what we needed but just didn’t offer the “home away from home” feeling you really like with rentals. ##### Rebeccah D. The heating was awesome with the fireplace and secondary forced air heating. The new shower was awesome! The only drawback was the plastic cover mattress. Ebenso eine gute Beschreibung, wo die Hütte liegt. Bei unserer Ankunft an der Hütte Nr. 4 hat diese uns (Familie mit zwei erwachsen Kindern 25 / 20 Jahre) sofort begeistert. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail war sie dekoriert und ausgeleuchtet. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm, das Bad sehr chick. Mit viel Freude nutzten wir die beiden Abende unseres Aufenthaltes den Gasgrill. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum. Überall Chipmunks im Laub und Squirrels an den Bäumen. Auf dem See macht es unheimlich Spaß mit dem Kajak zu fahren. Wir waren zwei mal unterwegs und konnten in dem verzweigten Gebiet immer wieder was entdecken. Denn obwohl der See gar nicht so groß ist, gibt es doch einige Inseln und Biegungen zu erkunden.
