This beautiful home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Relax by the fireplace, read a book on the indoor hammock, or watch your favorite shows on the TV. The bathroom has a large shower with many body sprays, very relaxing. Walk to Autumn Lake and use our boats, or head to Salmon River for exciting fishing just about 2mins away. Bring your ATV. In winter, we are on the C5 trail for snowmobiling. Come and get cozy in our lovely cottage! Welcome to our cozy cottage 4\. Nestled in the woods, it overlooks the C5 snowmobiling trail. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage is fully furnished and perfect for up to four guests. Open the front door and step into the cozy living room. This cottage has tall ceilings, pine walls, and modern decor. Cozy up while resting on the sofa, chair, or indoor hammock. The indoor hammock is perfect for relaxation, no matter the weather outside. We provide a tv (no live tv, you may sign in to your own streaming services). The twin-size daybed with trundle is nestled in the living room for a comfortable stay for the additional guests. Winter nights are especially cozy. With the gas fireplace on, you are in the perfect spot to snuggle in and enjoy the day with friends and family. Just off the living room (down three stairs) is the kitchen, where you can prepare your day's meals. Enjoy the full-size gas stove/ oven, refrigerator, and dining for four. The bathroom has undergone a significant upgrade. It now features a large shower with a rainfall head and an array of body sprays for the ultimate relaxation experience. All new vanity, lights, tile, and flooring. As our guests, you'll have access to three docks, a man-made beach, and a charming pergola at the beach. We provide boats free of charge for those who love the water, ensuring everyone can enjoy the lake. Life jackets are also provided for your safety and peace of mind (bring special sizes). The docks, beach, and boats are shared. We have lots of boats; no one will go without them. We provide essential cookware and kitchen tools, dishes, and flatware, a microwave, toaster, and regular coffee maker, dining room-bar seating, great room living room space, leather sofa, chairs, daybed, trundle, queen bed, ceiling fans, heat, AC, sheets, quilts or comforters, standard pillow, and bath towels. We even provide a couple of rolls of TP and paper towels. We've considered everything to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We understand that your furry friends are part of your family, and we're delighted to welcome them at Bella Vista on Autumn Lake! Bring a maximum of 2 pets (with an additional $100 pet fee) and let them enjoy the vacation with you. Convenience is key! Our location is just approximately 10 minutes away from Pulaski, NY, offering easy access to restaurants and groceries. A couple minutes to Tailwater Lodge & Spa A couple minutes to Salmon River for great fishing! It is a couple of minutes to Salmon River Falls. MUST SEE On the C5 trail for out-the-door riding on Tug Hill Trails. 10 min ride to ATV meet up at Altmar Union Station. 30-40 minutes to Destiny Mall Fishing: Salmon River is only approx 1 mile away, where you can fish the world-renowned waters (1/4mile to Fly Entry) Sept - Nov: Chinook (King) Salmon, Coho Salmon, Skamania Steelhead, and Brown Trout Sept-May: Steelhead Parking: Near your cottage. If you plan to bring a trailer, rest assured we have ample space to accommodate it. Just let us know in advance. Please enjoy the entire cottage and furnishings, including the fire pit, grill, and attached deck. We also have Wi-Fi for guests who need to work from the house (it works great, but we can't guarantee service). Autumn Lake has gravel walkways, a lake shore and a man-made beach, three docks, a sitting overlook, a pergola, several boats, flotation devices, and a brook shared with La Bella Vista. The boats available include kayaks and flat-bottom row boats. Contactless check-in after 4 pm. Rent this cottage or couple it with others on site and enjoy La Bella Vista on Autumn Lake with your extended family & friends! Autumn Lake is catch & release to preserve great fishing for years. Fisherman, WELCOME; please, no corkers on the decks or indoors. No fish cleaning on the property (fees will be assessed). Smoking outside only. Pets must remain leashed, flea-treated all seasons, and not allowed on furniture. No dangerous breeds for insurance reasons. We enjoyed beautiful mornings and afternoons kayaking and fishing on the lake and also enjoyed a quiet rainy day lounging in the cabin. The location was great - secluded but also easy to get the highway and surrounding areas. We will definitely be back for another stay here - at either this cabin or another on property. My partner and I had an amazing time with this property. Our goal was to have a relaxing romantic getaway from city life and this checked all the boxes! It’s in a secluded property with other houses but they are pretty far away from each other. Our property was so cozy and cute, wonderfully decorated to give us a cozy atmosphere with modern touches for comfort! Plus the lake is a short walk away with a private dock and tons of kayaks to go out and explore. Seriously consider staying here or in any of the other properties on site you won’t regret it. I also explored several nearby hiking trails, which offered varying levels of difficulty and stunning views.
