Altea Hills: Kristina is a modern and beautiful three-story semi-detached villa located in a quiet and sunny residential area with villas. You can enjoy amenities such as a private swimming pool (available year-round), an outdoor shower, a terrace, and a barbecue area. The property is fenced, providing privacy during your vacation rental. Additionally, it offers Internet WiFi and parking facilities.  
  
Outdoors:  
The villa boasts a private and fenced property with a seasonal swimming pool available throughout the year (from January 1st to December 31st). Enjoy outdoor relaxation with the provided outdoor shower, terrace, and barbecue area, perfect for alfresco dining and entertainment.  
  
Other Information:  
The owner does not accept youth groups. Please note that the complex has night security with a 24-hour guard for your safety and peace of mind. Nearby amenities include a grocery store and a supermarket within 4 km, making it convenient to stock up on essentials during your holiday rental.

The villa is located 6 km from the center of Altea, Spain, and 9 km from the center of Calpe. It is situated 3.5 km from the sea and the pebble beach "Playa Mascarat." Unit Layout  
The semi-detached house spans 259 square meters across three levels, offering a spacious and bright living environment with beautiful and modern furnishings. The open and large living/dining room boasts a panoramic window, providing an abundance of natural light. This area is equipped with satellite TV, digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating for your comfort. Furthermore, it leads out to a terrace and swimming pool, allowing you to seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.  
  
The property features five bedrooms, each designed for a comfortable stay. One room has a French bed (1 x 135 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Another room offers a French bed and a fan. On the lower ground floor, there are two rooms, each furnished with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The upper floor houses an entrance hall with air conditioning and forced-air heating, as well as a room with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), a bath/shower/bidet/WC, digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. This room also provides access to a terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property is well-appointed with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation experience. Air conditioning and forced-air heating are available throughout the house, ensuring you can maintain your desired temperature. The modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Additionally, there is a washing machine for your laundry needs, and an iron is provided.  
  
Other Information  
The outdoor spaces are equally inviting, with a large terrace featuring terrace furniture, a barbecue area, deck chairs, and a sitting area. From these spaces, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the resort. Families will appreciate the provided children's high chair, and a hair dryer is available for your convenience. Internet access is available through a free WiFi connection, and reserved parking is included. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, suitable for families.
