The rooms are great, very new and super equipped. My issue was that apparently they doble booked my room. So at 12 am a group walked into the room. Which was unsafe and uncomfortable for everyone! Very unsafe and irresponsible

This hotel was PERFECT!
We had such a great stay! Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everyone was also so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. My partner and I absolutely loved staying here and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place during our trip to Mexico City. We already know that every time we come back to CDMX, this is where we’ll be booking. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel was very beautiful, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. However, a few issues affected our stay. The room had no coffee maker, so I ordered coffee through room service from the restaurant, but unfortunately it arrived cold. In addition, the toilet wasn't working properly, and we had to call someone to come to the room and fix it.
Overall, the hotel was very nice, and the staff provided good service, but I believe you should address these issues to improve the guest experience.
