It’s not obvious from the listing, but both bunk beds are full size and have a trundle, so 5 people comfortably slept in each room. The living room/kitchen was a cozy fit for all of us, but it was great for playing games and relaxing after a ski day. The noise from the highway is quite loud however, and neighbors are close by, so secluded may not be the best description. A few kitchen utensils/pans could use replacing and the games cabinet upstairs needs to be organized, but we slept ten comfortably in this home and had a wonderful time.
