"We loved the resort. We had great massages, loved the indoor swimming pool, salt room, steambath, and outdoor sauna. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our only concern was the electricity outage we experienced several times in room 208. They moved us to room 142 and we again experienced an electricity outage one time."

"Hotel Mayer Alsoors exceeded our expectations! The hotel staff was wonderful about transporting us to and from the train station in the hot weather. Great location just 1 mile from the marina, train/bus station and close to restaurants. The hotel property is stunning and maintained beautifully. Our room was good size, very clean with comfortable linens and pillows. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off and enjoying the swim up bar. We didn’t use the sauna but were impressed with its size. The outdoor covered patio area is large and a great place for ordering snacks and drinks. Every area of the hotel and property is immaculate! Lots of great options at breakfast which was included. We love this hotel and only wish we had more time here! "

"It’s says 4 star hotel and lots of promising stuff on website, we did stay for 4 days in superior suite room. The hot tub didn’t work , AC didn’t work in second room. The sheets and mattress looks like from history, shower and sink where clogged and it smells really bad. When I ask for towels for pool at 10 am they told me maybe afternoon in the afternoon they told me tomorrow, definitely will not recommended this hotel for price at all and I will cut one star , if the price will be half from what they offering. Then it will make a sense but still cleaning is important. Otherwise food and drinks were really good 👍 "

"This hotel needs an urgent upgrade. The spa area is great as is. But the coffe machine would have flooded the restaurant if i would have not told thexstaff. Juice machine was not turned on. Okly water came out. The breakfasg was barwly ready at 8.30 when time was 8am. (Whicj i comsider late for a hotel). The rooms are smelly of humidity and else. "
