"We really love this property. The price for the room is in line for having a private hot tub. Wildwood makes it easy to check in. Beds are comfortable and the room is always clean. This is our anniversary spot and we plan to continue to come back for years to come. The air fryer in the room is a nice touch. The only concerns are that the hot tub on the balcony above room 37 seems to be leaking as it comes down onto the balcony for room 37. Also the stepstools for the hot tubs slide and are not very safe or heavier person friendly. The only other thing i wish was that there was more coffee in the room, softer TP, and a guest book "

"Had a wonderful time, very clean and well equipped! Check in and out was easy and well explained. Had trouble with the dvd player but Jane personally tried to help us out but quickly had help come out and get us going watching “The Shining”! Really enjoyed being right next to the river and close to RMNP! Will definitely recommend to friends and will stay again!"

"This house was the perfect post up for my daughter’s wedding at Della Terra. The house is comfortable, spacious and super well appointed. We would love to come back and explore more of Estes and the National Park. So much wildlife just outside the windows."
