"Our hotel experience at Truckee Donner Lodge was excellent. The breakfast was simple, but so yummy! My husband and I highly enjoyed our stay. "

"Located right across the street from the lake and a small park. The suite has access right up front and will sleep 6 comfortably. The hotel is either new or newly remodeled. And there is no one to check you in. You need to text them and do all of that over the phone so be prepared for that. While everything is nice a new we had a couple issues. The floors needed to be swept and the disposal wasn't working. And it could all be because it's new and hadn't been occupied lately. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again. We look forward to the next visit. Thank you."

"Everything at the hotel was amazing. The 3 bedroom suite had plenty of space and all of the kitchen appliances you could have wanted. We had breakfast and dinner both days in the hotel without having to spend extra money going out to eat. We also were able to utilize the dvd player and dvd free rental for our family to watch some movies in the room. The rooms were great in size and the laundry in the room was the main point as we were able to wash and dry clothes so when we travel back home we didn't have to worry about extra loads of laundry."

"The kitchen was even better than what I expected. Fully stocked with silverware, knives, a coffee pot, toaster, oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge/freezer, etc. Even a separate hot plate and a dishwasher! Everything was spotlessly clean and ready to use. "

"Room was clean .Staffs were nice .Breakfast is only with good credits and got members only when you already ended the breakfast then they bill you and tell you.But the hotel says when booked that breakfast is included. All like a trap. casino is very small .overall -not for kids and families. 3/5"

"Outdated rooms need some updating but overall comfortable beds. If you are a smoker make sure you leave the property to smoke or you will get yelled at for smoking outside of the room on property. "

"Back for a second visit! I love the lobby coffee and the beds are super comfy. The kitchenette is always a great feature. Unfortunately, we dealt with some ants in the bathroom and kitchen this time, which was a bit unsettling. Overall a good stay, but the pest issue needs attention."
