Tucked against the mountains, and steps away from Bridger National Forest and the Greys River, this three bedroom two bath cabin lets you choose your own adventure. This family friendly retreat is a short 37 mile drive up the beautiful snake river canyon to Jackson Hole. Alternatively, you can cast a line in any of the three nearby rivers, hike, ride the trails, boat in the reservoir, or go whitewater rafting and kayaking . Something for everyone! The space This newly renovated cabin boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The brand new, fully stocked kitchen has standard stainless steel appliances as well as a Bosch dishwasher. Dining table comfortably seats six. Main floor living room boasts a 16 foot stone propane fireplace with reclaimed wood mantle. Cozy up by the convenient remote controlled fire with your family or friends. Downstairs queen bedroom is located across the hall from a full bath with tub/shower combination and stackable washer dryer. Upstairs you will find a spacious king sized bedroom, vaulted ceilings and an adorable outside deck complete with porch swing. The spacious upstairs bathroom has large walk in shower and six drawer vanity. Final bedroom is a 16x16 room with two bunk beds, one twin over twin and one twin over full. This room also includes a large leather sectional and 75 inch smart TV. For your convenience we provide high-speed Internet and a Verizon cellular service extender. Guest access Full access to living quarters of the cabin. Garage is not accessible for guests. Location was in a quiet tree lined neighborhood but very close to all Star Valley has to offer. Communication was great with the owner, and he even checked in with us to make sure we had a 5 star experience, which we did!!The entry level has a comfy gathering area next to a fully equipped kitchen, and there is a laundry, full bath with tub and queen suite on lower level. We stayed in the King suite upstairs and the bed was so comfortable! The large bathroom (upper level) is steps from the king room, has a beautiful step in shower which had great water pressure and water as hot as you need it. All amenities were provided. In an adjacent space, there is also a very large wrap around comfy couch, big screen tv and bunk beds for those traveling with families. Alpine is a great spot to stay and only about an hour or so from Jackson and Tetons for a day trip. There is also plenty to do in Star Valley if you enjoy hiking, birding, wildlife watching and great food. Don’t miss Dad’s grill in Thayne! Thank you for a wonderful stay. They even had a potato masher! Very clean and well organized. The lower bathroom is a wonder of what can be done in a smaller space. Beds were comfy and the TV room is a great place for the family to just hang out and enjoy watching DVDs or stream favorite programs. The location is just 30 minutes south of Jackson in the friendly community of Aspen, WY. A local grocery store has everything you might need for your stay. Kevin is a wonderful and gracious host and you can really see the love he has poured into this home with every detail. I would definitely recommend this cabin for anyone looking to enjoy the Tetons! ##### Linda N. The cabin was clean and stocked with essentials and even extras that came in handy. I liked that we had cleaning supplies so that we could maintain cleanliness. The upstairs rooms had AC units which made sleeping very comfortable and that was extremely appreciated. It was nice to have shades on bedroom windows so we could sleep in a bit. We didn’t cook very much, but the kitchen appeared well-equipped for meal prep. I loved that Kevin provided coffee and filters. Sipping coffee on the front porch and watching the hummingbirds was my morning routine. The huge tv was great for late night movie viewing and my boys took full advantage. Alpine is a bit of a drive from Jackson/Tetons, but a quaint and quiet area. We would stay here again if we were back in the area. Kevin, the owner, was very responsive, helpful, and easygoing.
