### Luxurious and attractive detached house

Accommodation description:  
Near the cozy Brabant village of Alphen, you will find this beautiful thatched villa on a small domain with four other villas. The villa is characterized by luxury and comfort. The comfortable beds are made upon arrival. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and bathtub, and the large open living room has plenty of lies and a well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy walking or cycling in the rural surroundings, visit Baarle Nassau, Antwerp or Breda. Also Safaripark Beekse Bergen and the Efteling are nearby  
You will stay in the countryside near the Brabant village of Alphen. In Alphen, you will find a good supermarket, some restaurants, and a bicycle rental. Peace seekers can enjoy the Chaamse and Alphen forests. These forests are centuries old. Marshy grasslands, streams, and heaths with fens characterize the area. Agricultural areas are restored to their former state in this region. As a result, fens and marshes with clearings are once again created, providing beautiful views. If you want to go hiking or cycling, you will undoubtedly get your money's worth here. Many routes are well signposted.  
  
In warm weather, you can go swimming at recreational lake 't Zand. The attraction and Safari park Beekse Bergen and recreation park Efteling are good for a fun day out.  
  
Just under 6 km away is the border village of Baarle Nassau. This particular enclave is in the Netherlands but has no fewer than 30 Belgian enclaves. Super unique. This is also reflected in the local shops or on the menu. Because this special village attracts many tourists, the area has many beautiful walking and cycling routes and a wide choice of restaurants and cafés worth exploring.  
  
Breda is a beautiful city where you can shop well and take a boat trip on the canal. Brabant's hospitality also disarms you with a wide choice of catering establishments. There are also regular fun activities in the city. The other city in the immediate vicinity is Antwerp. The large market square is very photogenic. The Ruben House and various beautiful museums make a visit worthwhile even in bad weather.  
  
Peace-seekers can enjoy the Chaamse and Alphen forests here. These forests are centuries old. Marshy grasslands, streams, and heaths with fens characterize the area. Agricultural areas are restored to their former state in this region. As a result, swamps and marshes with clearings are once again created, providing beautiful views. If you want to go hiking or cycling, you will undoubtedly get your money's worth here. Many routes are well signposted.  
  
If you come with your own horse, you can stay with the owners; next to the holiday flats, there is a horse hotel, rates and availability on request  
On Sunday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday the departure time is at the latest at 20:00 hours at this holiday home  
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
