"The hotel was nice and clean. The happy hour was very good. I enjoyed the drinks and snacks. Breakfast was amazing with the exception of a rude employee named Patricia or Paticia. She was very rude and many customers was complaining about her. She was Latina and seemed to be racist towards blacks. Others were allowed to get omelets for other people if they had the card. "This is a very elegant hotel. We've stayed before and have had great experiences. The pools and hot tub are a relaxing draw for us, as is the ease and convenience of location. My only concern was the lack of good lighting and poor water pressure in our bathroom. All else was wonderful!"

Upon check in, they informed me that they didn't have any specialty king rooms left, so I got a standard one. I asked about a refund and was told that I got the room that I booked. Well no I didn't, but still no refund."
