We were put in a room that had another guest at first. Luckily no one was in there when we just walked in. But their belongings were everywhere. We walked back down and they handled the situation very quickly and politely. Over all a great stay and great customer service.

Special shout out to Lakerry our night shift front desk guy on 2/22/2024. Went above and beyond for my companion Dr. Kaiser with restaurant recommendation and providing plates and cups.
