"The staff were all very polite and willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable . There is even a shuttle service to Jonker Street. If you call for service or room service using their direct phone line , they pick and response really fast. Buffet breakfast quality is good. You seldom find cheeses and yoghurts stored in stand up chiller to maintain quality. There are like 4 flavours of mini muffins , 3-4 kinds of danish and 5 types of bread just to cite an example. There are a lot of electrical socket in the room to cater to multiple devices. The only thing that confuses me is the bin in the room. It is a recycle bin but I think it is too small for practical use and l am not sure how we should really use it although there are pictures. Otherwise all is great ! "

"Unfortunately I was sick the entire time I was in Melaka so I didn't see much outside of the hotel. Good thing Moty was a great place to stay! The staff were very kind, the room was spacious and clean, and there were ample room service options from the onsite restaurant. I didn't get to sample the other facilities (pool, sauna) so I can't comment on those. The staff were helpful when I needed to extend the stay for an extra night. Thanks to Moty and their staff."

"Everything you’d expect expect from a 4 star hotel! Only thing is the sauna & gym were shared by Swiss garden residences so on weekends it can get quite busy. Some of the equipment in the gym could be better but then again you don’t melaka to spend time in the gym 😂"

"A lovely late thirties ‘design classic’ . what was remarkable was the original features, it was visually stunning !! The staff , from porters to management were helpful friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The room was spacious and well kept. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choice The swimming pool was a welcome treat Near to Kampung Morten it was well positioned "
