It is an open house to the landscape. It is distributed on three floors. On the upper floor are diaphanous: entrance, living room, kitchen, gazebo and terrace overlooking the Herradura. It has a toilet.
In the middle floor we find two bedrooms, one of them is designed for two people with own bathroom
 and another more also thought for two people but with an adjoining room with a single bed, with a bathroom for both. Finally there is a loft on the lower floor with a bed for two people and another one of body and a half in the same room without physical division, being a loft.
Total capacity for 8 people.

-1 single bed of 90 + 1 bed of 105
-It has 3 bathrooms and a toilet, as well as a Turkish bath (hamman).
-Two kitchens, garage and private pool
The loft of 105 m2 that has the option to work in isolation or in combination with the rest of the house.

The urbanization to which this house belongs has paddle tennis courts and community pool, although the house has a private pool.
We warn that the house, for its architectural design, does not have the necessary security measures to accommodate children so we recommend it be a house intended only for adults.
