Han kunne svært begrenset engelsk og kunne ikke hjelpe oss ut fra den bekreftelsen vi hadde fått fra dere. Prøvde å ringe tlf.nr som stod på bekreftelsen, men ingen tok telefonen. Resepsjonisten sendte oss videre til en annen resepsjon, der de heller ikke kunne hjelpe oss. De trakk på skuldrene og sa vi måtte ringe eier av leiligheten. Vi hadde ikke annet enn bekreftelsen fra dere og der var det kun et tlf som ingen svarte på. Etter en stund sa hun vi kunne prøve å ringe på leilighet nr 6\. der kom det ut en dame som snakket spansk, men vi forstod at det var riktig rom. Hun skulle ha betaling, 400 E, og kunne ikke ta kort. Vi fikk betalt, men fikk ingen kvittering. Ba om det, og hun skrev betalt på bekr.papiret vi hadde med, og forsvant. Leiligheten så fin ut ved første øyekast. Når vi så nærmere etter var det skittent i skuffer og skap. Søppel i søppelbøtta, skitne brukte glass i skapet, bestikk og gryter var fettete og støvete.Vi varket opp det vi brukte til frokost, ellers spiste vi alle måltid ute. Vi kunne ikke lage mat på kjøkkenet. På badet var det fullt av halvbrukte såpe og shampoflasker. Skuffer og skap var fulle av rot, sengeklær, håndklær, kluter, verktøy, til og med medisiner. Safen var fyllt med vaskekluter, og hadde ingen nøkkel. Møblene på terrassen var veldig støvete. Vi klaget i resepsjonen, men de hadde ingenting med denne leil. å gjøre.
