"The room was spotless! The staff were so very friendly and helpful. They even came to our room to hep us with the coffee maker. My husband’s birthday occurred while we were there and they brought him a small cake with candles!! Also the hotel is with in walking distance of many sites and good restaurants and the metro!!"

"Location was awesome. Walked in 5 min to Terminal 1. The buffet was tasty with an excellent selection and outstanding service. First time I've been able to have breakfast at a hotel at 0230! Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Checkin was quick and accurate. Will stay here again!"

"All staff I met during ny 3 night stay were professional, friendly and had good knowledge of Lisbon to pass onto us. The room was clean and very comfortable and refreshed daily. Bathroom was more than adequate with fluffy towels and lovely scented shower gel and hand-wash in dispensers. The coffee shop on the ground floor serves delicious coffee and pastries, sandwiches etc. Good location however i did find it noisy at night. 2nd floor room with lots going on in the street below !"

"I had a room with a balcony overlooking Rossio plaza, it was lovely, with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. The staff was super nice and helpful. The restaurant in the first floor, Bastardo, was excellent. The location of the hotel is top notch."
