Lovely hotel and clean and spacious rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly, though not all English speaking. Beautiful swimming pools. Food- on half board- generally excellent, though, being out of season, it was less impressive when there were fewer guests.

This is a fantastic hotel. Minimal design, clean well appointed spaces, beautiful, calm and serene pool area, the list goes on.

What is it with the pool towels in Spain?? They won't let you get a towel unless you leave a 10 Euro deposit in cash, and then when you try and return the towels there's not a soul to be found that will verify you brought it back!! 5 star?? They treat you like you're going to be thrives. Not impressed, except with the young valet guy. He was great.

A little piece of paradise
We had an executive sea view room 131 with a very large and gorgeous terrace. A double outdoor bed, two sun loungers and a table and two chairs with still more than enough room to swing a multitude of cats if so desired. The room was fabulous the bed was so large it was easier to communicate on the phone! Buffet breakfast had so much choice and beautifully cooked and served. The beach was just about 30 seconds from the hotel grounds which had two amazing pools and a spa too if you didnt eant the strain of that 30 second walk. So would i recommend this hotel..... without a second thought and i know you will love every second of your stay

This place is fantastic. I was driring btw Malaga and Alincate and someone told me to stop for lunch at Bouno Restaurant in Almeria, which I did...and then decided to stay over. A staff member told me about this place, I pulled it up on Expedia and had an excellent overnight. It is brand new, gorgeous, very clean. The staff were great. Get the breakfast via Expedia, the buffet is outstanding. The pool area is gorgeous and I had a huge sea view terrace. I would vaca here for a few days next time.

Se oye todo desde las habitaciones, parece que en cualquier momento te van a abrir la habitación. Las habitaciones de la planta 0 no merecen mucho la pena pues la nuestra daba al parking por lo que no se podían abrir las cortinas. El desayuno estaba bien igual para un 5 estrellas de esperaría más calidad en los zumos por ejemplo o más variedad de bolleria o panes. En general todo bien, pero son todos estos detalles que parecen que no es un 5 estrellas más bien 4

DESCONFIANZA Y FIANZAS!!
Teniendo ya confirmado y pagado el alojamiento, tienen la osadía de reclamar una tarjeta bancaria como garantía. ¿Garantía de qué? He pagado por adelantado otorgando al hotel la confianza de mi estancia. Más sorpresas: los clientes que reservamos a través de HOTELS/EXPEDIA, nos ubican en las PEORES habitaciones posibles. Una vez dentro de la habitación y al ver las ridículas dimensiones del WC es cuando te encojes de puños y saldrías corriendo: literalmente es un zulo de WC, un espacio diminuto donde realizar las necesidades fisiológicas será toda una proeza de contorsionistas. Tengo que indicar que para las “aguas mayores” tuve que recurrir cada día a los lavabos de recepción, donde la amplitud era algo más confortable. Por cierto, comenté la incidencia al responsable y la respuesta era “que todas las habitaciones de esa categoría tenían el mismo tamaño de WC”. ¡Que los dioses pillen confesadas a las personas >XL! Seguimos... dentro de la habitación el mismo inconveniente que en el 85,75% de los hoteles en España: el minibar “calienta” en vez de enfriar (es un caso endémico que en pleno siglo XXI todavía no solucionen esta molestia. Si alguien tiene una solución se lo agradeceremos). Al menos podrían poner una máquina de hielo en zonas comunes para poder disfrutar de bebidas frías. Finalmente optamos por comprar una neverita de playa (26,75€) y rellenarla con hielo a diario con un sobre coste de 7,50€ día de hielos. Al final pagamos casi 100€ para poder hidratarnos..........

Everything was good, our room and the poolarea was great. BUT in the restaurant, the tapasbar and the poolbar there was terrible music playing to loud. When you eat you want to talk and enjoy, not just want to leave.

Très bel Hôtel
Très bel Hôtel, très bien placé en bord de mer, petit déjeuner de rève, prestations haut de gamme. Deux nuits passées hors saison au Cabogata Beach, des piscines et la salle de Gym pour nous seuls, c'est idyllique. Juste une remarque au sujet du port du bonnet de bain dans la piscine intérieure (chauffée). D'une part c'est vraiment pas terrible dans un hôtel de ce standing, on n'est pas à la piscine municipale !!! D'autre part à cette période (avril) c'est sanitairement inutile (nous étions 4 dans l'eau). Enfin faire payer les bonnets 2 euros dans un hôtel de cette catégorie ce n'est pas sérieux. Pour rester sur une note positive le personnel est charmant et le petit déjeuner incroyable !

PARECE DE 2-3 estrellas no solucionan nada
Llegamos y segun aplicación el parking es gratis pues bien me dicen que no 15€. Nos cobraron en el bar un producto no consumido y tuvimos que reclamar. Nos cobraron el hotel la habitacion aun cuando se le indico que ya habíamos pagado por la aplicación. Siendo un hotel de 5 estrellas podrían a ver solucionado lo del parking (estaba prácticamente vacio), y hablado ellos con vosotros para el pago de la habitacion pero el de recepcion pasaba de todo.

Really nice and service minded staff. Fantastic hotel rooms! The only thing that wasn’t good was the food - both restaurant and breakfast was more “charter hotel” than a 5 Star hotel.
