So, I booked 4 nights on two separate bookings for different rooms having extended my stay in Almaty. As such, the photos provided represent a ground-floor double room and a upstairs family room with a mezzanine. Most importantly, for the price paid, which was very reasonable indeed, I consider the hotel to be of superb value. As such I shall order my opinions according to their importance. Firstly. The staff were very friendly and professional throughout the stay including the security. Secondly, I approve of the interior of the hotel - the overall design of the rooms being very comfortable indeed, and unusually spacious. The breakfast from 7-10 was cosy and supplied all the necessaries, though I would recommend fried eggs for the future. In addition to the above, the double room had satellite TV with access to the internet - i.e. YouTube etc. The swimming pool, though I didn't use it looks fantastic, and the restaurant food is well-priced and delicious (I recommend the lentil soup, with Chicken-Spinach and a side of rice). Though there was construction work happening which could have been a little more tidy given that some guests have to navigate through it, I would still rate this hotel a 5/5 for the value of the booking. 👍

Outstanding hotel and service!
It is a truly amazing hotel. It is far from city center, but it is very quiet at night and air quality is very good. Interior and breakfast were awesome! Service is outstanding. Will stay here again and again. Love it.

I stayed there for 7 days for some meetings. The staff were helpful and friendly. I share the following not to say dont stay there at all, but there are some things that could be improved. Some staff have limited or no English. I speak some Russian sonit was no problem.for me. The rooms are comfortable but a bit noisy from outside traffic. Breakfast could use a refresh. Simple and after 2 days, you wish they had more variety for longer stays. There are no teapots in the rooms for coffee or tea, but they do have hot water available near the reception. The restaurant is loud, but they have a nice area in the hotel they serve the same food there as well. The Internet worked well in certain areas but not everwhere. My room was #20 at the end of the hall and I could not count on a good connection so I had to use it in the public areas. The airport shuttle is fantastic. A man was awaiting with a sign upon arrival. On the return, they are professional, helpful and on time. This hotel is an excellent value for the price. Thank you to the staff!

Great for airport
The hotel shuttle was waiting for me on arrival at 1:30 am (pre-arranged), lady at reception spoke excellent English and check in was quick. Room was very clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good then shuttle back to airport. The hotel is not near the city center and I cannot comment on getting there if you use this as a base. Excellent for the airport though. I would stay here again.

I arrived late to Almaty and next morning at 6:00am had connection flight. Driver of shuttle met me inside airport building. He helped me my suitcase and was very nice. He is only one who was doing his job good. We got to hotel and I checked in very fast and got keys from my room. I was so happy that I could sleep but my happiness dissipared very fast. Guests in second room were having sex and wall were so thin that I could here every noise. After one hour they finished and I was ready to have short nap. But that didn't happen. Two girls from receptions were taking and laughing so loud till 2:00am. Stay st another hotel. Maybe little more expensive but quite.

Big disappointment in bed size and staff service..
If you are only a little bit over than average height and weight, beware of this hotel. The dimension of the single bed is only 80x200 cm. In front of me another guest refused to sleep in such a bed and she left the hotel. During my stay except the housekeeping staff, I noticed all the rest of the staff surfing or talking over their cellular all day long in front of the hotel guests. For the first time in my life in a hotel, I have been served while the waiter is talking over the cellular phone. And I am not exaggerating the subject because it happened more than one time...

My overnight stay
I had a flight scheduled for late the next day .. so needed a hotel in Almaty to stay in overnight. I liked how the hotel arranged for my pick up at the airport, I was picked up immediately and any concern I had with speaking only the pleasantries in Russian were quashed with the receptionist who spoke fluent English. The room was spacious finished in natural wood flooring and decor. It was a little noisy this evening because there was a wedding that day, but this quality hotel will be remembered for the comfort and friendliness of the staff. The breakfast room was located a distance from the rooms, but was very clean and pleasantly decorated with local art. The food catered for both the local and foreign pallet. Service was efficient to the table.

Original interior, good breakfast. Very friendly staff on reception any time. Not far from Airport (take taxi it is cheaper 1500-1700 KT); with pool and pool is with extra fee-surprise, not too match but extra- about 6 USD. If You need transfer hotel- it is the good place.

Good for layover
20 hour layover between flights into/out of Almaty. Chose this hotel due to proximity to airport, and favourable reviews. Good for both, especially as upon check-in, (approx. 00.30,) I was told that the room was mine for 24h! Good breakfast, and efficient shuttle to airport (expect to pay approx. € 15 each way) Staff efficient and helpful, good English spoken.

Short City Break Almaty
Spending a few days sightseeing in Almaty and skiing at Chymbulak. Hotel is some way out of town but is served by a good number of buses, taxis are very resonably priced if you walk out of hotel and find your own. Some knowledge of Russian is advisable. Hotel staff very friendly and speak English. Room was spacious, a little cold at first but an extra heater was provided immediately. Would definitely revisit.

For a low price for 2 mights for 2 people sharing including breakfast was excellent value. Fairly basic but perfect for our purposes. Location a bit out of town but made it more interesting travelling in the local bus / taxis. All basic requirements met. Beds a bit narrow but comfy. staff very pleasant. A few slight issues eg small crachs in sink, shower not draining very fast, but these were minor and acceptable considering the price. Would recommend for casual travel / sightseeing

I spent a month in Saraichik, and my experience was beyond excellent in all aspects. The services, staff, atmosphere, and attention are extraordinary. In Saraichik I did not feel like a hotel guest, or a stranger, I truly felt I am among family, and friends. The hotel is a boutique hotel, so unique, has a warm feeling to it, comfortable, and welcoming. The Mangers, and staff are so friendly, highly professional, polite, and will go way out of their way to see that all your needs are met, including assistance with Visa. I have counted in couple of occasions on the skills of the staff in the business center, and the results were excellent. While there, do not skip breakfast, because you will regret it; it is simply delicious. For lunch, and dinner you can check out the hotel restaurant, or many others in the area, namely my favorite “Paradise”. Money exchange, ATM’s, fast food, city tours, and shopping, are minutes away just ask the front desk! I give Saraichik thumbs up, high five, and my highest recommendations! If in Kazakhstan again, I will make it my hotel without hesitations. I look forward to my next visit!

This is a great choice for middle-class travelers that are turned off by Almaty's lack of affordable places to stay. The staff are very friendly and understanding and let me change rooms several hours into my stay because of a noise issue (football practice/matches going on at east end of the complex). You truly feel like you are staying at a mountain lodge here, even if you never get beyond Almaty city and into the wild. The airport shuttle was nicely arranged. Staff spoke very good English when my Russian inevitably failed. I didn't use the bar but I appreciated the small stock of souvenirs by the front desk.

Decent Enough Hotel, You get what you pay for
The hotel staff were quite friendly, though be prepared, not much English is spoken. Rooms were comfortable and furnished, though the bathroom was quite small and what we might consider "dingy", but it was functional and got the job done. The location I found out wasn't the safest area of the city, but it's much closer to the airport than other hotels. You can easily get a taxi or the bus into town if you know where you're going and can plan your route. Overall, decent enough, I'd recommend, but use commonsense, and keep an open mind.
