A 3 minute walk takes you to the beach and the Praca and all of its restaurants whilst the clubhouse of the renowned Royal and Ocean golf courses is also a short stroll away. The villa comprises of 3 double bedrooms, 2 x en suite whilst the 3rd double bedroom has its own separate WC, an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with modern appliances, super fast WIFI and UK television while the terrace and BBQ area is ideal for alfresco dining. The property was recently extensively refurbished by its current owners and is regarded as one of the best if not the best of the Aldeamento properties.
