This charming 176 m² four-bedroom house in Charneca da Caparica is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking to enjoy a relaxing and memorable getaway. Spread across two beautifully decorated stories, the home offers both comfort and functionality. On the ground floor, you'll find an inviting open-plan living area featuring a comfortable sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, as well as a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher to make meal preparation and clean-up effortless. A washing machine and ironing equipment are also available for your convenience. The space opens onto a lovely terrace with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying sunny days and al fresco dining. Upstairs, the first floor houses four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a double bed and a balcony, while the third offers a double bed as well. The fourth bedroom is ideal for children or friends, with two single beds and a balcony. All bedrooms include storage space and come with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The three bathrooms are all equipped with clean towels, complimentary toiletries, and everything needed to freshen up after a day of exploration. The property is located in a residential area and you may occasionally hear the noise of animals from neighboring properties. However, the property does not accept animals or parties. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Located in the peaceful residential area of Charneca da Caparica, the property offers the perfect balance between natural beauty and convenient access to local amenities. Just a short drive away, you'll find the stunning Costa da Caparica coastline, home to the expansive Fonte da Telha Beach—an ideal spot for sunbathing, swimming, and surfing. Nature lovers will enjoy exploring the nearby Mata Nacional dos Medos, a protected forest filled with scenic walking trails and rich biodiversity. For those interested in history and culture, Monte da Cruz offers a serene viewpoint with historical significance, commemorating Jesuit martyrs from the 16th century. The area also boasts several dining options, including the popular Restaurante António's, known for its traditional Portuguese dishes served in a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Av de Vale Bem, is just a 3-minutes walk. Humberto Delgado Airport is a 43-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Tous les lits sont une torture : matelas complètement affaissés, structures dures sans lattes (cf. photo), et oreillers de très mauvaise qualité, fins, inconfortables, presque inutilisables. Résultat : torticolis, nuits blanches, impossible de se reposer. À ce niveau de prix, c’est une honte.Et dès notre arrivée, le ton était donné : pas de capsules de café, pas une seule bouteille d’eau, et pas assez de rouleaux de papier toilette pour le séjour. Le strict minimum n’était même pas assuré.Nous avons immédiatement alerté GuestReady, l’entreprise gestionnaire. Aucune réponse utile, aucun geste, aucun effort. Juste du mépris. Aucun suivi malgré nos relances.C’est une escroquerie pure et simple. Le logement ne correspond pas aux standards minimaux de confort et d’hospitalité. Je tiens à disposition les captures de nos échanges pour prouver la mauvaise foi du propriétaire.Nous ne reviendrons jamais.
