Beautiful view and pool, utilities are a concern - water/power etc. We spent a week here with our 3 daughters, and have traveled many times to Mexico. Being a near new building, we expected less trouble. Antonio did a good job trying to look after things.

The rooms and the property overall is amazing. The staff overall are friendly with the exception of some of the front desk staff. The biggest negative is the food included in the all inclusive plan. Not the best. But it's made up for by the cocktails at the beach or the bar watching the sunset.
