The spacious, two-story interior features upstairs and downstairs living areas, plus a dedicated game room equipped with a library of books and selection of classic card/board games. Musicians in the group can entertain with an acoustic guitar and piano available for guest use. Enjoy fireside conversation in the main floor great room or head upstairs for shows and movies on the Roku TV in the loft living area. For a little bit of friendly competition, there's a Ping-Pong table in the garage. The full, island kitchen comes well-equipped for home-cooking with updated, stainless steel appliances including a gas range and dishwasher. Birdie Time was perfect for our family reunion to witness my Marine son get promoted and also enjoy witnessing both our sons continue their skydiving adventures at Skydive Kapowsin. Great neighborhood with sneak peek views of Mt Rainier on our morning walks. Wildlife pass by every morning and evening. Bubba Burgers and Peace, Love and Donuts in the small town of Allyn were a big hit with the family. Property manager was extremely quick to respond and very accommodating to any concerns we had.
