This charming 16m² studio, accommodating 2 to 4 people, consists of:  
  
\- Living room with TV and double sofa bed (1x2 pers);  
\- Equipped kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, capsule coffee maker (Nespresso), tableware/cutlery, and kitchen utensils;  
\- Mountain corner: bunk beds (2x1 pers);  
\- Bathroom with shower, towel rack, and toilet;  
\- Large mountain-view balcony with garden furniture;  
\- Ski locker;  
\- The accommodation is equipped with blankets and pillows;  
\- South-facing exposure;  
\- Private outdoor parking (residence).  
  
  
The "Le SCHUSS 5" residence is ideally located:  
\- 120 meters from the ski slopes;  
\- 800 meters from the ESF (French Ski School);  
\- 94 meters from equipment rental;  
\- 650 meters from small shops;  
  
  
Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are additional:  
\- Sheet set: €16/bed
