The house was beautifully fitted out and very comfortable. There were Plenty of shady places to sit, stunning views and extremely helpful staff. The pool was brilliant, especially the toddler bit which our grandchildren loved. Fabro nearby had an excellent co-op and we enjoyed several day trips to Orvieto . The kitchen was well equipped and the beds and sitting areas were very comfortable. We did some exploring in nearby towns, but also spent some days just relaxing at the house and enjoying the pool and the beautiful views from the patio. Cynthia, the housekeeper, was extremely helpful--available whenever we needed her but not obtrusive. She prepared two delicious meals for us and we also hired a local cook one night and enjoyed fantastic meals in several of the nearby restaurants.
